Progettato dalla sua proprietaria Italiana, Riad 72 è un antico palazzo situato nel quartiere degli antiquari « Dar El Bacha ».

Armonioso, calmo e intimo, il Riad dispone solo di quattro camere tutte al primo piano che si affacciano su un elegante patio dove è possibile rilassarsi tra banani e palme ascoltando i gorgolii rinfrescanti della fontana.

La sua terrazza è una delle più alte di Marrakech, con solarium, salone e un piccolo bacino, da dove potete godere di un panorama spettacolare della medina e delle montagne dell’Atlante. Posto ideale per prendere un buon aperitivo al tramonto.

Renovated by the Italian owner, Riad 72 is a palace built a century ago. It is located in the antique dealer area ‘Dar el Bacha’.

Harmonious, quiet and intimate, this large Riad has only 4 rooms, all on the first floor, overlooking a patio garnished of banana and palm trees. Thanks to the vegetation and to the fountain, birds come offering their songs to guests.

The terrace is one of the highest of the medina. Incomparable view on the old city and on the majestic Atlas mountains. Ideal to have a sun bath and get fresh in the pool. Unforgettable place to drink aperitifs at sunset.

Harmonieux, calme et intimiste, ce grand Riad dispose seulement de 4 chambres toutes à l'étage. Elles donnent sur un élégant patio garni d’une fontaine entourée de palmiers et de bananiers et agrémenté du chant des oiseaux.

Sa terrasse est l'une des plus hautes de Marrakech, disposant d’un solarium, d’un salon et petit bassin pour se rafraichir.

Nos hôtes jouissent d'un panorama spectaculaire sur la vieille ville et les montagnes de l'Atlas. La terrasse est un endroit inoubliable pour assister au coucher du soleil.
